Welcome to Hometown Hot Dogs! We are a family-owned gourmet food trailer serving Southwestern Ontario with the best hot dogs, sausages, fresh-cut fries, and poutine you will find anywhere in the region.

Our Story

Hometown Hot Dogs started in 2021, born out of a passion for great food and a desire to bring the community together. What began as a small operation has grown into one of Southwestern Ontario's favourite food trailers, known for quality ingredients and friendly service.

What Makes Us Different

Everything we serve is made with locally sourced ingredients. Our artisanal meats come from Stemmler Meats in Heidelberg, Ontario. Our pretzel and sausage buns are baked fresh by Grainharvest Breadhouse. Our potatoes come from Pitt Produce, a local Ontario farm. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients, and we are proud to support local suppliers.

Our Menu

From our classic all-beef frankfurter to our rotating artisanal sausages (Chorizo, Maple Smoked, and Oktoberfest), every item on our menu is crafted with care. Our famous dill pickle fries and dill pickle poutine have become fan favourites, and our sausage poutine is a must-try for any first-time visitor.

Find Us This Season

You can find us at festivals and events across Southwestern Ontario from June through October. We also cater private events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties. Get in touch to book us for your next event!
