We are proud to collaborate with amazing food vendors like Big Jerk Smokehouse, whose flavorful BBQ is always a crowd favorite, thanks to the hard work of our working partner, Kevin Thomas.
We have also learned so much from industry veterans like Paul McGough, who operates SWAT Food Trailer. Paul has been a mentor and a guiding force for us as we have grown in this business. Our good friend Jose Delgado and his Los Rolling Tacos food trailer will be on the scene this summer as well.

What is New for 2025?
This year, we are introducing funnel cakes to our menu! Our new fryer is ready to deliver this sweet treat to your taste buds. Perfect for private events or a day out at the park, funnel cakes are the ultimate way to indulge.
